Paul Fresina and Laura Honis from Paint Care are in studio as well to talk about the new fee when you purchase paint at a local retailer and how it is used to help fund paint recycling. We also talk to Victor DaSilva, owner of the burned down Sagres Restaurant in Fall River. Victor tells about the challenges of rebuilding after such a devastating loss.
