Episode #10 – Education Update 6-26-13
In Episode #9 of IREM Today we continue our series focused on disaster planning as we discuss why a Property Manager should consider having a disaster restoration company on their disaster plan. I am joined by Richard Hitt, Chapter 88 Past President and Brian McGuire from ARS Restoration Specialists. Brian explains that a disaster can be something other than just a flood or fire and what a biohazard is.

We are entering the hurricane season and our State and region have been hit hard over the last several years by hurricanes and flooding.
